Two smaller posts, for your viewing pleasure, both occurred this week.

Me: "Did your mom and dad have any medical problems?"
Patient: "I'd say so, they're both dead."
#2:
Me: "Did your mom and dad have any medical problems?"
Patient: "Oh no, they were both very healthy."
Me: "How'd they die?"
Patient: "Well, dad died of a heart attack at 35 and mom died of a stroke in her 40's."

love your blog. just started reading it recently even though i do have trouble paying attention to things. last week my doctor told me i have attention def. disorder.....on top of that she also told me i have a compulsive disorder to boot.
fortunately i FORGET to wash my hands about 150 times a day.
smile.
