Me:  "Hello Sir, I'm Dr. Say, I'll be taking care of you this week."

Patient:  "Who?"

Me:  "Dr. Say."

Patient:  "Oh ok."

*exam concludes, I turn to walk out*

Patient:  "What was your name again?"

Me:  "Dr. Say."

*five minutes later*

Nurse:  "The patient you just saw wants to see you again."

Me:  "Why?"

Nurse:  "He says he didn't realize you were the doctor and he has some questions."

Me:  "..."
