Sunday, September 2nd:
Nurse: "The patient in 450 is leaving AMA."
Me: "Any reason why?"
Nurse: "Said they had important things to do."
Me: "Ok, whatever."
Tuesday morning, September 4th:
ER doc: "That patient that left AMA on Sunday is back, says they want to be readmitted."
Me: "Wait, so they left for Labor Day, come back the next morning and demand to be readmitted? Why did they leave in the first place?"
ER doc: "They had a Labor Day party they were throwing."
